2. Account Registration

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activities that occur under your account.

• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter," or "spam."
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Study Van, a Study Van employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the service, or which may harm Study Van or users of the service.

5. Data Protection and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Chat Messages: Messages in study groups are automatically deleted after 7 days to protect your privacy and maintain a focused study environment.

Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Study Van. Our service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Study Van, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
